What My Work’s About
Helping women reconnect with their bodies and intrinsic sanity.
Because I believe that our modern world often caters more to our stress, distractions, and our countless ideas of health, more than it guides us back to the simple solutions we’ve lost touch with — like eating more whole foods and spending more time enjoying the lives we work so hard just to keep up with. My work’s about supporting women in increasing their own personal agency over their daily choices, health states, relationships, fertility, and the future that their heart most deeply desires.
I believe that we’re living in a time, as women, where we have a lot of freedom over the lives we lead, and yet many of us are struggling with our own limitations, as a result of our symptoms, chronic stress, and toxic cultural norms. The roles we previously played in society have shifted quickly, and many of us scramble to keep up with the demands of excess stress and a fast-paced lifestyle. We weren’t taught how our female bodies worked when we needed it most, and many of us had to learn the hard way how to care for and nourish our unique female physiology.
My work is about supporting you, wherever you are in your female journey, back to your body, your health, your fertility, and your own agency, using simple self-nourishment, self-care principles that too often get bypassed and under-emphasized in modern approaches to health.
I work with the chronic stress, suppressed emotions, and trauma patterns that show up in so many of our lives, relationships, and bodies as women. These patterns increase our likelihood of chronic symptoms, infertility, attachment stress, and mental illness. I believe that healing from all illnesses & disruptive patterns ought to be experienced as a profound journey back to our most authentic selves.
Manifesto
Women have a right to full body sovereignty.
We are capable of accessing our innate agency and sanity.
Eating well can be simple, easy, and sustainable.
We have unlimited emotional depth and creative potential.
No matter what we have experienced, self-regulation is possible.
Our patterns tell our stories and we can change stories only in the present.
We’re committed to remaining curious and open-minded.
We get to benefit from modernity while rejecting its unhealthy elements.
Our appetites are important signals deserving of understanding and respect.
We can inhabit our bodies and honor our needs, no matter the circumstances we face.
We honor our ancestry and learn from their mistakes.
We understand that our timeline is unique & we’re not here to compete with others, but to grow more into ourselves.
We, as women, are a distinct sex from men and understand the importance of this difference.
